Kelly Pool (Pill Pool) is a fun billiard game where each player gets a secret ball to try and sink.

• Before the game:

  • Pills numbered 1–15 are placed in a bottle or bag.

  • Each player draws one randomly — this is your secret ball.

• During the game:

  • All 15 balls are racked like normal.

  • Everyone shoots, trying to sink balls without revealing which one they need.

  • You win by legally pocketing your secret ball.

• If someone else sinks your ball:

  • Depending on the rules, you’re usually out of the game.

The pills are just used to secretly assign balls at the start — they aren’t used for keeping score during play.
