Returns Policy

Returns & 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee

Not happy with your purchase? We'll take it back. We want you to be fully satisfied with everything you purchase from cuesplus.com. Most products can be returned within 6 months of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refunds cover the purchase price only. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable. For items that shipped free, the actual cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Engraved or personalized/custom items
  • Clothing
  • Clearance or sale items

General Return Policy — All Products

Most standard products can be returned within 6 months of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all original components, packaging, and accessories included
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or abused

The following product categories may be returned even if opened or lightly used, provided they are not damaged or abused: cue cases, darts, game room accessories, shuffleboard items, and table parts and accessories.

Pool Cue Returns

Pool cue returns have two separate policies depending on whether the cue has been chalked.

A) Cue Trial Period — 7 Days

For the first 7 days after delivery, you may try out the cue. If you're not satisfied, you can return it for store credit toward another purchase.

Conditions:

  • Usage must be minimal (under 3 hours recommended)
  • The cue must be unaltered and undamaged
  • Alterations include sanding, waxing, changing tips, or any other modification
  • Damage includes chips in the finish, dings or dents in the shaft, bent pins, etc.

The cue must be shipped back on or before day 7 to qualify. After 7 days, the cue is considered used and cannot be returned. You may use this trial-and-exchange program up to 3 times.

Note on Custom Cues: Our inspection process for custom cues is extremely thorough.

B) Unchalked Cue Return — 6 Months

If you have not chalked the cue, you may return it within 6 months of delivery for a full refund.

  • If the tip has been chalked, Policy A (7-day trial) applies instead
  • If chalk has been scuffed off the tip, the cue is considered used and Policy A applies
  • Engraved cues are not returnable under either policy

Defective Items

If you are returning any item due to a claimed defect, we will inspect and verify the defect. If the defect is confirmed, you'll receive a full refund including shipping. If we are unable to confirm the defect, only the product cost will be refunded — shipping will not be covered. If damage is found to be caused by neglect or abuse, no refund will be issued.

How to Make a Return

  1. Request an RMA number before shipping anything back
  2. Include your RMA number inside the package — without it, we cannot identify your return or process your refund
  3. Ship with correct postage — packages with insufficient postage will be returned to you

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Refunds apply to the returned product only — return shipping costs are not covered.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund promptly. However, the timeline for the refund to appear in your account is not entirely within our control — your payment processor and credit card issuer have their own processing times, which can vary. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your statement after we have confirmed it on our end.
