The Thunder series takes Outlaw's design approach and runs it through a black-painted maple base — and the OL58 shows what that combination can do. Black painted maple with a running wolves design branded by hand and painted white, so the design reads as white artwork on a black cue. Both the forearm and the butt sleeve carry the wolves design, and the result is one of the sharpest-looking cues in the current Outlaw lineup. The 7-layer tip and fiber linen ferrule keep the performance solid, and the black collar rounds out the clean, dark look.
