The McDermott Intimidator I-2 Performance Shaft is known for its exceptional control, consistency, and feel, making it one of the most popular all-around shafts in the McDermott lineup. Designed for players who want precise cue ball control without sacrificing power or finesse, the I-2 delivers confidence on every shot.

At the core of the I-2 shaft is McDermott’s triple-layer carbon fiber core, which extends the full length of the shaft. This construction increases radial consistency, improves feedback, and helps reduce unwanted deflection while maintaining a solid, traditional hit.

The shaft comes equipped with a 12.75mm Navigator Blue Impact soft tip, made from 15 thin layers of premium Japanese pigskin leather. This advanced construction allows the tip to play like a one-piece pressed tip while offering better consistency, longer life, and enhanced cue ball control.

Featuring McDermott’s Hybrid i-Pro Taper, the I-2 provides a smooth, comfortable stroke with excellent responsiveness, making it suitable for a wide range of playing styles. A clean black collar gives the shaft a sleek, professional appearance that pairs well with many cue designs.

Whether you’re competing in tournaments or refining your everyday game, the McDermott I-2 Intimidator Shaft offers reliable performance trusted by players at all levels.
